long will the installation take?
1 Day - we
begin the installation at 8 a.m. and are completed
by 6 p.m. the same day. If your installation is more
than 9 zones, it may run into a partial 2nd day. |
Do
we have to be home?
No - as long
as we have access to the garage to install the
timer. |
Do
you have an Irrigation License?
Yes - It is
against the law for anyone to install a system on
your property unless they are licensed. |
Does
your company have liability insurance?
Yes - all
licensed irrigation companies must have insurance. |
Who
is responsible when a utility line is cut?
South-West
Sprinkler Company will be responsible for the
repair. |
How
deep do you trench?
We trench 12
to 14 inches.

Will
the South-West Sprinkler Company owner be on the job site?
Yes - Robbie
Moore marks the sprinkler design the morning of your
installation. |
When
do I pay for the installation?
We only take
payment in full after the homeowner has been shown
the purpose of each sprinkler head and how to
operate the timer. We accept payment in cash,
check, MasterCard and Visa. |
Do
you service the system after the warranty ended?
We are a full-service
company, and will always be there to take
care of all your irrigation needs. |
